Hydraulic nut instructions
Before installation, the piston ring of the hydraulic nut should be reset to the bottom of the cylinder, and the hexagonal hex plunger should be loosened to the end position (not beyond the end face).
After the hydraulic nut is screwed into the unit, use a lever or wrench to tighten the hydraulic nut to the device without gaps. Then tighten the hexagon socket plunger with an Allen key (set the tightening torque according to the application). At this point, the hydraulic nut is installed.
tear down
Loosen the hexagon socket plunger to the limit screw position and tighten the hydraulic nut with a lever or wrench until the piston of the hydraulic nut is reset to the bottom of the cylinder. The hydraulic nut has been completely removed.
Maintenance and maintenance
The hydraulic nut should be installed in accordance with the above instructions during installation. It cannot be hit with a hammer or other tools. When the hydraulic nut is leaking due to improper operation during use, the grease should be replenished in time.
Note: Hydraulic nut with pressure indication. The red line is the overpressure warning line. If the use of the company is considered as man-made damage, it will not be guaranteed.
The green line and the yellow line are respectively used as normal lines.
